Healthy Breathing Workshops to Improve Wellbeing and Reduce Stress (In-person and Online) - Dates to be confirmed, please get in touch if you are interested in.
Breathing is the biggest, innate gift we have. Our life starts with our first breath and comes to end with our final breath. The first and last breath makes our life. However, we generally underestimate the power of the breath we have.
The question is do we breathe correctly to make the most of it? Do we breathe in a way that we receive enough oxygen into and release enough carbon dioxide from our cells? Why do we need to think about improving breathing while it is such a natural function of the body? This is where the story starts. Because most of us develop bad breathing habits due to the lifestyle, stress and some other internal and external reasons as we grow old. Then this impacts our physical and mental health such as feeling tired, anxious, developing high blood pressure, low level metabolism…
Developing healthy breathing habits can help you to reduce stress, sleep better, have clear mind and focus, feel less tired and improve your overall health.
So, let’s learn how to use this life force energy to bring more healing and harmony to our body.
During the session, you will discover five important breathing habits and techniques to improve your breathing. You will be able to learn and practice during the session.
Open to complete beginners and advanced practitioners, put some comfortable clothing on, practice can be done by sitting, lying down or standing, make yourself comfortable.
