Hatha Yoga is the traditional yoga form from which all other yoga types have been developed. It has great benefits for strengthening the bones, joints, body structure, as well as improving the balance, releasing the tension from body and mind.
Broga is a yoga class tailored especially for men. It is very good for those who are doing lot of sports, running, cycling and playing football. It helps to release the tension from joints and muscles, strengthens the body structure, joints, muscles, ligaments and bones, improves the balance & flexibility and reduces stress!
Pranayama is a very effective breathing practice to clear the physical and emotional blockages from the body and mind, increase the blood circulation, improve the functions of the organs (especially related to respiratory & digestive systems and intestines), increase vitality and mental clarity and reduce the stress so much. You could easily apply it to your life as a daily practice.
