Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga are at the core of my teachings, complemented by breath work, meditation and somatic practices that I have been refining since 2006.

These mid-phase classes focus on stretching, flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength-building. Suitable for all levels, I provide all the necessary equipment. During the summer months, these classes take place outdoors at the greens of Cass Centre.
Yin Yoga and Self-Care Sessions: Experience the benefits of Yin Yoga through my online sessions held via Zoom every Thursday evening. These 60-minute classes feature slower-paced postures, all done on the floor without standing postures. No yoga mat is required, making it convenient to practice in the comfort of your own home. Yin Yoga promotes deep stretching and joint health, and I incorporate breathing techniques to release tension from the body and mind and support overall well-being. This session is highly recommended for individuals who engage in active sports or experience inflexibility, as it helps to alleviate tension in the joints and muscles as well as recovering and strenghtening them.
