How to Create Positive Energy for Learning

Breathing, moving and stretching the body in some ways have a huge impact on our nervous system. Come and learn some simple breathing and stretching techniques to use in your classes which can help your students (and yourself) release stress, anxiety and fears as well as encouraging better learning better. These are very easy and totally safe techniques. Practice them during the session and then share it with your students and those around you.

One to one Sessions : Yoga, Breathing, Stress buster, wellbeing
One to One Sessions could be very beneficial and supportive if you are a new starter in yoga, would like to deepen your practice, work on a special condition or an injury as well as going through a difficult phase of life, feel stressed, out off balanced and need support. This could be a yoga practice or/and be combined with some other somatic practices, meditations and breathing techniques based on your needs.
I also offer one to one wellbeing and eco-therapy sessions, supporting you on overcoming and dealing with stress and anxiety by helping you with learning and using some self care techniques, breathing and meditation practices.

Stress Management workshops as part of International Customer Services Week

Healing Breath and Somatic Meditation workshops
Breathing is the biggest innate gift we have. Our life starts with our first breath and comes to end with our final breath. We generally underestimate power of breath that we have. So, let’s learn how to use this life force energy to bring more healing and harmony to our body. During this session I will share with you some techniques that you could easily apply to your daily life to improve your wellbeing - mentally and physically. The practices will be mix of walking, lying down and comfortable sitting postures. Open to complete beginners and advance practitioners.
